PACFA REGISTERED CLINICAL COUNSELLOR, BCOUNS
Feeling stuck? perhaps you're down, anxious or struggling with racing thoughts and intense emotions - maybe you are unsure about the future of a relationship, have low self esteem or feel you are not living the life you want to lead. Life can be overwhelming and there comes a time when we all need some help to cope with life’s challenges.
As a registered clinical counsellor I have the tools and professional experience to guide and support you to understand yourself more deeply. I offer a safe and compassionate counselling space for you to explore and process difficult thoughts, feelings and emotional experiences and I can help you with skills to effectively manage the challenges that life throws at you
In addition to private practice work, I co-facilitate Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups within a private clinical setting assisting individuals who have difficulty managing intense emotions and struggle with impulsive behaviours
Let me support you on your mental health and wellbeing journey.
