Trish is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling (B.Couns) and specialised training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) from Behavioral Tech. She holds a DBT Comprehensive Training certificate and is a clinical member of the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. Her qualifications are verified by Psychology Today, reflecting her commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy.

My Approach
I understand that each client is different so I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs and concerns that each client brings to therapy.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who are navigating the emotional, social and life challenges associated with Neurodiversity (ADHD & ASD). My focus is on helping individuals to manage emotional dysregulation, improve focus, reduce impulsive behaviours and enhance interpersonal skills.
